# How we review a product

Six questions, the same ones for every product, asked in the same order.

## The six questions

1.  ### Is the dose on the label?
    
    A label with the amount of each strain or nutrient lets you compare products. A single total or a "proprietary blend" doesn't. We tell you which one you're looking at.
    
2.  ### What does it cost per day?
    
    We divide each package by the days it lasts at the serving the seller suggests, and we add shipping. Every price comes with the date we read it.
    
3.  ### What does the refund cover?
    
    How many days you get, whether opened or empty bottles count, how to ask and who pays to ship it back, when the seller says.
    
4.  ### Do the claims hold up?
    
    We separate "supports healthy gums" from promises no supplement can keep, and we point out the difference.
    
5.  ### Where does it ship?
    
    Most sellers ship to a short list of countries. We list them, because an order from anywhere else won't go through.
    
6.  ### Any red flags?
    
    Countdown timers, "was" prices nobody paid, doctors without a name and review counts you can't check. We flag them.
    

## What we leave out on purpose

We haven't run lab tests on any product, and we won't pretend otherwise. There are no star ratings on this site.

We don't repeat a seller's promise that a supplement fixes a dental problem. It won't replace your dentist, and every review says so.

## Questions about the method

**Why no scores or star ratings?**

Because we didn't test the products, and a score would pretend we did. Instead you get the facts to compare: dose, price per day, refund terms and shipping.

**How often do you update prices?**

Every price shows the date we checked it. Sellers change prices a lot, so the number on their order page is the one you'll pay.

**Do commissions change the ranking?**

No. Every product gets the same six questions, whether or not a link pays us anything.
