Apart from inulin, a prebiotic fiber, those are ingredients sold for blood sugar, not oral care, so anyone on diabetes medication should talk to a doctor before taking it. The sales page offers a 60-day refund, but the written policy accepts only unopened bottles and keeps the shipping fees. So an opened bottle may not count. ### Who pays the return You do. Returns go to an address in Largo, Florida. ## If you take diabetes medication Talk to your doctor before taking DentaSmile Pro. The NIH's complementary health center (NCCIH) says berberine "may interact with some medicines", and warns that using herbal supplements such as cinnamon with conventional diabetes drugs "can cause unwanted side effects". The label doesn't give an amount for any of the herbs, so your doctor can't tell how much you'd be adding.
